•Profound understanding of current banking practices and regulatory framework.

Job Title: Sr .Business Analyst
Total Position: ONE (In Karachi)
Job Type Permanent
Minimum Education: •  Bachelor or Masters degree (IT, business administration).
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years of experience working in a bank / financial institute.
Job Requirements:
• Be the liaison between the BRMs, technology teams and other support teams.
• Assist managers or Team lead for day to day assignments.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Assist functional specifications and system design specifications with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning document.
• Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to the standards agreed upon by the business unit and development team.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Ensure timely business support and services within defined service TAT.
• Work independently with stakeholders to ensure continuity of BAU under direction of business Head or SME
• Technical documentation.
Skills required:

• SDLC knowledge preferred.
• Possess strong information systems analysis skills and functional knowledge.
• Detailed Knowledge of core banking applications & its lifecycle would be a plus.
• CBAP Certifications (Optional).
